A. Mediation Fees

David offers private mediation services structured to be clear, efficient, and cost-effective. Fees are based on the time reserved and the needs of the matter.

Half-Day Mediation

A half-day mediation consists of a minimum four-hour session reserved exclusively for the parties and includes reasonable preparation time.

Full-Day Mediation

A full-day mediation is appropriate for more complex disputes, multiparty matters, or cases requiring additional time to explore resolution.

Cost Sharing and Rates

Fees are typically shared equally by the parties unless they agree otherwise. Because mediation needs vary with the nature, complexity, and timing of a dispute, rates are provided upon request and discussed in advance.

Parties or counsel may request available dates by phone or email.

Information to Provide

When requesting dates, it is helpful to identify the general nature of the dispute, the current status of any lawsuit or settlement discussions, the preferred half-day or full-day format, and whether the parties prefer an in-person or Zoom mediation.

Location and Format

Remote mediation is available by Zoom. In-person mediations may be conducted in professional conference space in Santa Ana or at another agreed location in Orange County. Either format allows private sessions and flexible structuring, and parties are not required to meet face to face.
